OUR STAFF

infant program team

Our staff's mission in the infant room is to provide a warm, nurturing environment that supports the unique needs of babies in their earliest stages of development. We focus on creating a safe, responsive space where infants can grow through age-appropriate sensory play, bonding, and exploration. With a foundation rooted in faith, we support each child’s physical, emotional, and spiritual milestones from birth through early toddlerhood. Our goal is to honor the pace of each child’s development while building a loving community of care and trust.

4-year olds program

Our mission for the four-year-old program is to support children as they reach key developmental milestones in language, social-emotional growth, and early academic skills. At this stage, children are expanding their vocabulary, asking complex questions, developing friendships, and beginning to understand rules and routines. We provide a nurturing, faith-centered environment where they can build confidence, strengthen fine motor skills, and engage in imaginative play and problem-solving activities. Our goal is to guide each child through this exciting phase with encouragement, structure, and a strong spiritual foundation as they prepare for kindergarten.

AFTER-SCHOOL CARE

 FOR SCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN

Our after-school care program for school-aged children  provides a safe, welcoming space where kids can unwind, learn, and grow after the school day ends.. Children are given opportunities to explore their interests, strengthen social skills, and reflect on their day in a safe and secure environment.  Our goal is to support working families while nurturing the whole child—mind, body, and spirit.

OUR TEACHER'S AIDES

Teacher’s aides play a vital role in creating a supportive, nurturing, and effective learning environment for young children. They assist lead teachers by helping manage the classroom, preparing materials, and giving individualized attention to students who need extra support. Their presence allows for better supervision and more meaningful interactions, especially during key developmental stages. Aides often build strong, trusting relationships with children, offering consistency and comfort throughout the day. Their dedication and teamwork greatly enhance the overall quality of care and education in the classroom.
